Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
My grandson was served with a restraining order by his ex-girlfriend.She did this to keep my grandson from taking their son to a doctor.Her boyfriend has been abusing their son .Th baby had a broken leg bruised ribs bruises in his ears and his hair pulled out.She did not want a doctor finding out so she got a restraining order against my grandson.He can't afford an lawyer so what can he say or not say in court?
