I was hit head on in a car accident I was driving while license were suspended the car was totaled we got paid but I was on probation driving while license were suspended so I went to jail with injuries never made it to the hospital it was COVIC time got sentence 5yrs in all is the statue of limitations up

Yes, if your accident happened more 5 years ago (for a uninsured motorist claim) and it is yup if more than 4 years ago (for a claim against the other driver).
