Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
My house is in final judgement, a sale date has been set for the home, but I was told when I went to court that I would have 120 days, judge looked at me I asked and granted that , I just received notice and has been set for less than that time frame, for about 95 days. Can I file a motion to reschedule the sale date so that it is 120 days, I need a bit more time to see if bank negotiates with me and also to get my things out if need to.
