Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Hi I have a house in foreclosure and went to court , judge said would give me 120 days, I can try to see if bank gets back to me after months of trying. I just received notice for sale date for less than 120 days, can I file a motion to reschedule the sale date so that it is 120 days as I was told, and this gives me a bit more time.

Yes you can file a motion to extend time. I would ask for 60 days.
