Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

My husband and myself agree and purchased a home 10 yrs ago in florida...we are getting older and get awsome rental income..he is old and gets very mental abusive, has kept every pennny for hiself, $1500 monthm for 20 yrs an i not we marriage for home john joe and sally doe , paid for..pressureing me to sign papers to sell..tennant has him brain washed also...i am not happy and he will not give me half..i worked and kept our home and him for 20 yrs...he nor we do not need this money..prime property. do i have to agree to sell this property? if i do sign how do i get my half at closing? been mentally abused and strapped for $ myself..

No you do not have to agree.

You should both get some counseling or you should see a divorce lawyer to understand your rights and decde whether you want to stay married.
