Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
My husband is charged with battery(d.v). He has a violent pass. but it has been 10 since he has got into any trouble. It was with our 18 year old son but our son is not pressing charges. the state will pick it up what i understand. what will happen ?they have no witnesses ,no one press anything, how can they take it to trail?
