Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
me and my husband are separeted and we have one child together. i also have a son that is not his. i live with his parents and he lives with friends..i want to move to arizona with my family..and i want to know if im allowed too.

You must ask this question to a Family Law attorney. I am not, but the general answer is that you may take your child anywhere you please IF there is no court order telling you otherwise. If in doubt, ask a court.
