ITemporary Injunction for Protection Against Repeat Violence
I have just been served with a Temporary Injunction for Protection against repeat violence, from a woman who has harrassed me for over 1 1/2. What do I need to do to prepare for this hearing?

Re: Temporary Injunction for Protection Against Repeat Violence
Get a very aggressive lawyer and cross-examine the woman to a fare thee well.
Be sure that you get an evidentiary hearing . . . a real one where the woman must take the stand, not just stand in front of the judge.
