Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Cant Join the Military
I am now 20 years old.
When I was 13 I committed a sexual crime. I was with my friend and I a 3 seconds sexual act with his sister in front of him. nothing was forced but I being the older one, one year older then the brother and 2 or three years older then the sister.
I was charged with 2 lewd and lascivious and one sexual battery.
The charges where filed separately and I am not able to join the us armed forces.
Is there any way that any one can think of having things reopened and having the charges stacked together.
Expungment is not an option, the military will still see them.
Thank you for your help.
