Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
on july 29,2009 me and my lanlord signed an agreement that i will moving out anugust 31,2009 which i was breaking my lease, and on the august 26,2009 i moved my out the apartment that night the sheriff came and served me 5 day notice.i never received any notice from the lanlord. when i went to setup a court date the clerk of court agent said that she processed the eviction papers on august 26,2009, i have the uhaul receipt to prove i moved out. i wanted to know will the judge pass judgement of the eviction if we had an agreement
