Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
My landlord and I live together. She said she cannot find several of her properties (including pillow, decoration picture, bracelet, a set of keys) and she accused me of taking all of them. She keeps telling her relatives and verbally abuses me everyday. She also threatens to go to my workplace to tell everyone a couple of times. Can I fill a case based on what she did? Thank you.

If you live with a person, she is not your landlord, she is your roommate, and you need find a new one. If she tells someone that you committed a crime, and she knows that this is false, she is liable for slander. If she simply accused you (to you and not other persons), then you have no cause of action to file a claim in court.
