Generally yes unless there is a business reason why the employer wont allow it. If there is no legit business reason you may want to complain to HR or file a discrimination claim with the EEOC. Feel free to call or e-mail me to discuss further.

Sure. I would think, however, that an employer could validly insist that you speak english during wor hours so that the employer has the ability to monitor your work and can know that you are, in fact, working as opposed to gossiping on the company time. On breaks and the like, I would not think that would be a problem.

Generally, I would think you can, but if you're asking if you have a constitutionally protected right to speak your language at work, then the answer is no. However, discrimination on the basis of national origin is prohibited in this country. I recommend that you check your employment manual to ensure that your employer has no rules prohibiting it.
