leaving a job and filing a complaint

i am having problems with my boss , she is being degrading me to other employees and talking about my image Ie i have bad teeth and how it is a image problem and she cant have me around people for there sake ive been there for 1 yr now and its not the first time she has had image things saying to me , is there something that can be done if i leave the job can i still do something about it ?

Before you leave, you should make an effort to go above her head and speak to her supervisor. If there is a human relations department to handle complaints, go to them. Be sure to follow the complaint procedures designed by the company.
