Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
Is this legal
Does my Landlord's HOA have the right to tow my (tenant) car from my assigned parking space because the Landlord (unit owner) is not current on his association dues. I am however current on my rent to him.

Probably, but boy what a mess. You have a claim against the landlord for the car being towed, however. Contact the HOA to let them know what is up.

Re: Is this legal
It depends on what the association's governing documents say. You may have a claim against the association or against the landlord.
