legal questions
charged with domestic violence but I only shoved back when my husband shoved me, do not understand why charges were not dropped in the moring, I was told I was being detained for my safety, can I loose custody of my children for this?

You need to immediately contact your local spouse abuse center. They have counselors who can explain and help you with your situation. Look in the phone book or call the police department to find out how to contact the shelter.
