Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I would like to know what are the legal rights of a minor when he/she is the victim consider the victim in the process of building a criminal case.

Your question is not very clear, but the police will gather evidence from you and you would normally testify at trial. You have a right to be heard at the sentancing.
