legal spelling of name
what is the difference between capitus diminutia minima and capitus diminutia maxima spelling of someones name and how does one correct an error in this regard?

These were concepts related to the loss of certain rights as a citizen under ancient Roman law. The terms are absolutely meaningless today.
If your question relates to changing your name, you file an application in the probate court.
