Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I have been with my live in boyfriend for 13 yrs. he has told me that he has been cheating on me for 2 yrs. & he is leaving me. I bought a motorcycle & truck put in both our names with or not and, he has put both of them in his name only. I payed cash for the bike myself in Nov. 24th of 2008, I am 100% diabled & can not be left without a vehicle. Is he able to do this?
