Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I live in Florida and i pay child support. I have a set amount that i pay every month,now that i have a second job they r takin the same amount from both jobs. So now im paying double. I have lost my apt. I have went to child support with this problem,but all they say is they are not the ones i need to talk to. My question is who do i talk to and how can i get my money back to get my life back this has been happing for over 3months. Please help me.

You need an attorney to look into this for you and make an appropriate motion in your case. You probably will not get any money back, but we can probably make it so that they can only take what was ordered, plus a small amount if there was ever an arrearage. This is ridiculous that you are paying double. Get to an attorney asap.
