Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I live in a 55+ MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY in Florida and they prohibit motocycles. This is discrimination on the same level as racism, and sexism and a violation of free speech. If cars and trucks are allowed on property then motocycles should be allowed and if the issue against them is noise then let it be loud noise is prohibitied. I beleive the ACLU could take this on and win, what do you think?

This is a fairly standard restrictive covenant listed in deeds for many communities. Provided it was done in this fashion (as in part of the deed restrictions) it will be considered legal in Florida.
