Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

if i lost my Driver liscense and did'nt know that. lost it at my nices house. and she was waitng to see me to return it. Meanwhile she had in her purse when she got pulled, but wasn't the driver and a cop saw my Dl in her purse. she explained I lost it the situation to the cop. i lost it at her house and was going to return it. The cop confinscated it and sent me a citation to go to court. the citation stated that i lent my dl to her and she never said that whats gonna happen. how do I fight it

Go to court and tell them your story. The police officer made an assumption that was not based on fact.
