Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
M y state is Fl. About 85-86 I was attached and defended myself. As a result of witnesses that refused to say what they seen I plead guilty to agravated assault, I now have a felany. I wish to get a job as a EMT but am afraid it will stop me from a job. could you advise me of my rights and what I can do?
