Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I went into Marina on Nov 1, 2010.(boat was on land in this marina, where we purchased it in JUNE) to rent boat slip. I was assigned slip #27(written in book by employee). On Nov 3, 2010 me and girlfriend(100% native american) arrived ready to move aboard our sailboat. after 3 hours waiting for boat to go into water we were told we could not have slip. (owner knew I am disabled) I saw him angry telling employee to tell us No Slip)Boat could NOT be moved. We were forced to sell boat at great loss. I KNOW owner discriminated(earlier when he learned I was disabled he said, you have to go on mooring) What laws did he viloate?

Is this a private marina? Did you have a written contract? Can you prove what you have stated? Did he discriminate against your native american girlfriend due to her nationality, or against you due to your disability? You have already sold the boat? You may have a claim against the marina operator, but you have to be able to prove several elements, not with just "he said, she said".
