memories
is it ilegal for someone to throw away all of your personal belongings(keepsakes, clothes, toys, etc.), especially if they didn't forwarn you. this is thousands of dollars worth of stuff. this is everything that i have ever owned.

Normally you cannot discard someone else's property. If it was abandoned, however, that is a different story.
