Mobile Park Move
Own site in Mobile Home Park have trailer on it. Park wants to move me to another site but wants me to pay all debts incurred by such move including setting up trailer, sewerage etc. My husband is disabled and both of us are in our 70's Whose expense should this be?

If it it the choice of the park that you move, and not your choice, then they should defray whatever costs are involved. After all, it is being done for their convenience, not yours, and why should you incur costs for their convenience? It is only fair and right that they pay the full costs of the move. You don't have to move if you own the space do you? So, if they don't want to pay, don't move.
