Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

my mom died when i was 9.when i was 14,my dad let a woman move in, she was 24 she molested me,had a baby,went to jail for stageatory rape of a minor,and the courts dropped charges aganist her cause i couldnt go to court cause my dad was and is an alcohlic and can not read,i had no way to get to court i was 14 ,never had a driver lisence,dad was drunk and the state of fla. never sent anyone out to help me,or talk to me about anything,i didnt know all about babies at 14 i was to young,mom had died i had no one.dna proved she is mine and the judge said when i turned 18 i had to pay child support,im in debt with child support now and have never had dr.liscense and cant work. im 24 and need help.question; shouldnt the state have picked up chargers of child rape,she was charged with it,is there any thing that can be done? can anyone be held responsible for what she did to me as a child?the mother wont let me see my child ,she has a live in boyfriend that works but she is getting checks from the goverment too .she has been in trouble for dealing and taking drugs with the kids in her custody, she has 3 kids by other dads. i would appreicate any help or advice.thaks.

I doubt that you are responsible for child support. You might be able to sue her, but she has nothing for you to get. Your post is contradictory. It says she went to jail and then you say she did not.
