Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I moved in a 55 plus community about 2 years ago Of course I moved here for the relaxation and no kids The owner upstairs has Allowed 5 kids 6 month 7yrs to move in with her They run and scream,up and play hard.its like they are gonna come thru tge ceiling anyday .I don't have funds to move.Iam disable and really tired of fighting.No one really cares.Are there any legal options that i may have..

really disturb me really disturbing I've spoken to the manager ,to the owner ,hoa manager Spoken to the tenant herself And I'm getting nowhere with this case So do I have any legal rights that I need to move

You could probably sue the owners of the unit who has the kids, but that will cost money to file and prosecute such a suit.
