Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I am moving from Orlando fL. 32822 to Denver Colorado is it against the law to have your pets in vehicle being towed by truck?

Probably yes. If anything happens to your trailer or whatever you are towing, and it falls off, flips over, etc, your pets are certain to be injured. It is not legal to take an action that has a high degree of likelyhood to cause injury to an animal.
In addition, the temperature cannot be regulated and your animals could get too hot or cold. If one of them gets sick or hurt, you will not know it for many many miles. Do your pets a favor and put them in a carrier inside of your vehicle.
