Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I have a neighbor who has been harassing us for months now by taking us to court twice seeking a restraining order, both times she lost. After that she has reported us to child welfare 3 times with allegations of drug abuse, leaving our kids alone, no food sexual allegations, and other things. Two of the cases have been closed and the third one is about to be. She's even called the police saying that my wife was driving erratically when she wasnt even out driving, she was at home in bed! Do i have legal grounds to sue her for harassment?

Yes, false claims of illegal or wrongful behavior is actionable. You need to see a general practice attorney. Sometimes a letter from a lawyer is enough to get neighbors to mind their own business.
