Can a Night Club refuse to let a Pregnant Woman in due to Liability? In Florida. Please explain why and What Statue is it.

Night clubs are private property. While they are generally "open to the public" it is not a public place, like a park, and some clubs are private clubs that can be "selective" choosing only the beautiful, influential, best dressed, etc. If the club can show that there was a particular danger to pregnant women, then it is justified in refusing access. Just as Disney World won't let children under a certain height on some rides...because they are unsafe.
