Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I have a notorized piece of paper stating I will repay an amount for money that was given to me, but there is no evidance I received that money. Is it legal binding?

The document is prima facie evidence that you own someone money. It is very unlikely that you would have signed a piece of paper stating that you would repay the money, and have your signature notarized if you hadn't received the money. The presumption is that you received the money, so you will have to prove that you didn't.
