Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I am a patient at the daytona methadone treatment center and my question is...Is it legal for a counselor there to "watch" you do your urinalysis? I have had the same counselor for a little over a year,and have had clean urinalysis for almost the same amount of time, but because I am going out of of town this weekend she(the counsleor) stated she would need a "visual" urine when I get back. I just6 want to know if this woman can legally do that? thank you

It is legal for a counselor to watch you pee. But, it is not legal for you to not take your text because your counselor is out of town. You will have to pee in front of another counselor. There is no specific law which says this.
