Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
if a person has pictures and personal information posted on a public domain such as facebook, can they take legal action against someone using that info/pics in another public domain? what if they have posted they will take legal action if someone does use their info/pics without their consent? can they then take legal action?

This is an unsettled area of law, but generally, once a person "puts something out there" it's fair game for everyone else to repost. Your question points out why people should not put anything on the internet that they don't want their mother, boss, friends or neighbors to see or hear about.
