Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
There is a pond behind our local mall where my children and I like to feed the ducks. We are told by security that it is mall property and we may not do this. There are no posted signs anywhere. There is also a public road across the road from where we park in the mall lot. I would find another pond but we released a class raised duck in this pond about 6 wks ago.

Seems odd that there are no signs. Contact your city public works department - parks & recreation - to confirm that it isn't a public park or public property. Maybe they can point you in the right direction to find a new one too. If the pond is on the mall's private property, you could also try contacting someone at the mall's customer service/visitor center and requesting permission.
