Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
procedure for sealing civil court records
Hi I have information related to a credit agreement in the public records. My address, amount of monthly payments, etc are included.
I see that many people have their info sealed. How would I do that. Can I do it myself?

Just make a motion and ask the judge to do so. It should not be a problem and you should be able to handle it yourself.
