Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
If I get pulled over, do I have the legal right to video tape and record the conversation between the police officer and I?
I know I have to let officer know before hand.

I suppose that this would be up to the individual officer who stops you. Any of them could claim that it is obstructing to them in the lawful performance of their duties. Many allow being video taped, many do not. There is no established right that I am aware of, each case is different.
