What charges can I charge comeone with after a false allogation of repeat violence?

Filing a false police report is a crime, but only the DA can file criminal charges on someone. There are civil options available to you, however. You can file a civil suit for defamation of character. Accusing someone falsely of a crime is what attorneys call "defamation per se", which means it is always defamatory to falsely accuse someone of a crime.
You will have to prove that the accusations were clearly false, though. Truth is always an absolute defense.
