Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I recently bought a windsheild for a motorcycle from a private seller and was making payments and i come to find out that the windshield doesnt fit and the seller will not return the money that I have paid.

The seller is not obligated to accept a return of the windshield and return your money.
