Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I recently sold my vehicle in good faith to a family that agreed to make monthly payments which they have not yet made. First payment was due in August, I gave them until the first of September and they were supposed to make a double payment, no payment has been made. I have a signed contract stating that if the payments are not made I have the right to pick the vehicle up, can I by law repo my vehicle that is also still titled to me?
