I'm having a problem with a fellow employee, who continues to tell lies about me.
Can I record a face to face conversation in a room without them knowing about it to prove I was telling the truth. It would be presented to the company's Human Resource Department for proof.

Can record a conversation in Florida without all parties knowledge. It is a criminal violation.
