Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
i refused a dot drug test on AUGUST OF 08- I went thru the required SAP program for 14 months- Now my employer says that I have to have observed follow up drug testing . The new DOT law states that on 8-31-09 anyone doing follow up testing has to be observed. My question is this- Since it has been 14 months would I have to obey the new laws?
