Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

If i rent a computer from one store moved away told them a gave them my address started paying it at another location have proof for the last three months that i payed it there now they tell me i have to have transfer paper told me that i can still pay it there i go down there to pay it and they refuse my payment the whole reason i was paying it at the new is its hard for me to get all the way donw there
