Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
I need to know my rights as an athiest. A private rehab center is trying to force me to pray and/or say a "creed" that has GOD in it and I refuse. They are currently trying to punish me for my refusal. What can I do? The creed says to "give our will and lives over to the care of God as we understand him". As I understand there is no god so I shouldn't be forced to say anything at all. Please help me avoid any more trouble!

They are private and may require this. Maybe you should find another rehab center if they will not respect your beliefs.
