what are my rights after I was falsely arrested? charges are dropped

So long as there was probable cause, you have no rights. You would have to prove that the officer knowingly and intentionally, or reasonably should have known, that no probable cause existed. Charges are dropped all the time.

Could also possibly have claims against the party that had you arrested, false arrest, malicious prosecution and things of that nature. You should consult with a lawyer about these types of claims.
