Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

I was shopping at a sneaker store and I asked for a shoe in my size. But, the Manager lied and said that he didn't have the correct shoe size. I looked in side of the shoe that was on display and it was my size. Then when I questioned him about it he said the display was a mismate. So, I knew he wasn't telling the truth. Now, I had a friend of mine go in and ask for that same shoe in the same size and he brought the shoe that was on display and the match to go with it. Would that be considered Discrimination?
