Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

slande / /harassment

I have a neighbor that has writen letters to all law enforcment department that he can think of, from the local PD to the DEA explaining how were are new ''Al Capones''' of the block. Has called the police 61 times om us, video taped my son standing in our drivway. Has even gone as far as to tell me that he is going to clean up this place and it starts with us.

My wife and I both work 55 - 60 hours a week, I have been at my job 15 years, she, for 8. we have lived in this house for 7 years and before that we lived around the corner fo 13 years. what can I do to get jim off my back?
