Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
i am a small business owner in florida, that is having a problem with an ex. employee.He has been tring to get me in legal trouble,trouble with venders,and customers.Telling them things that are not true and tring to destroy my business and personal life.Is there any legal action i can take?

Yes, hire an attorney to file an injunction against him. He is liable for any lost profits due to his interference with your contractual and/or business relationships with your vendors and customers. He is also liable and may have strict liability if he is disparaging your business practices.
