Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
My son was in the care of the state of Florida - in one of its contractors/agents facilitys - when he sustained a severe injury. Broken left arm with dislocation of humerous head. He was denied medical care for four days.
This is of course a violation of state law, ie neglect of chilren.
Is this also a violation of US law? If so which ones?
