Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
If a state law enforcement officer is being investigated by the FBI, do they have to follow the state statutes on how a law enforcement officer should be investigated? Such as state statues state that any officer being investigated should only be asked questions by one person per interview, no threats of arrest ect. Or is the FBI exempt from state statutes.

There is no state statute requiring a law enforcement officer to only be questioned by one person or the other limitations that you reference. The officer can be investigated just like anyone else suspected of a crime. He gets no special rights.
