i have an private investagator maybe following myself and a friend do to a pending divorce and would like to know my rights and the rights of my friend also have recevied letters and threats from an inmate that is married to my friend what actions can i take to have these things to stop

Speak with a law enforcement officer about 'stalking' with respect to the PI; report threats [and save them if possible] to prison authorities and the local police.
